Update! $22k per year salary is if she attends board meetings, since she don't, her salary is $15k per year (as pointed out by "anonymous" Thank you for letting us know, that she does not attend meetings enough to qualify her for the $22k. Or does she? I heard she don't.
the city of Palatine has paid her $1.5 million dollars in benefits (based upon $75k x 20 years) or maybe it's $70 k per year,
we have to add what she got, when she sued the city or the city insurance company (to me same thing) but in a case like me, the insurance company would drop me or jerk up my rates, what did the insurance company due to Palatine?

To me, it sounds like some one (maybe a roofer fixed the roof, or plumber did something, or maybe a painter?) did work on the Mullins property and did not get paid, so they put a lien on the house, the guy did not have money to foreclose, so lien rights expired, but stayed on the property. Chicago title, or the Harris should know who this person was. So instead of paying the guy who did the work on the property (house), she had her goon squad, lap dog, village council pass a law, allowing Mullins not to pay the bill. Hummm, I wounder if there was a permit? I doubt it.

Watching city meetings I would always wounder what the pay offs were, I mean when some one would want a permit and be refused, then say the guy over there and there and there have the same thing, how come I can't have it, the issue would often be a offset or something.

What is more funny is have cops do testing before testimony................. or a voice analyzer , or a retina scan........ during testimony ...... but, the defendants and witnesses must tell the truth also. point is "truth", just cause a cop is suppose to be honest, that don't mean they are. 5 gallon steel buckets are used for tar, we use, when applying tar to plain end concrete pipe (I'm a plumber). Before plastic buckets were around, we put some kerosene (#1) or # 2 in the buckets, light them, burn out the tar we could not scrape out, then use the buckets. Winter time kerosene was used all the time.
Some of you do not recall, but before the barricades that are used today, there were these little round steel lanterns (less than a foot in diameter) that had a wick. Would fill them with kerosene and light em. Set them on the road, all over the construction area. In the morning, put the caps on (fire would go out). At the end of the day fill em up and light em. This was the method of barricades / warning lights for 50 years? Nothing ever melted and these were a lot thicker than a can of beans or bucket of tar.
I do not believe jet fuel (kerosene) melted any thing in the twin towers. Kerosene or jet fuel couldn't even melt a can of beans and I don't care if that can of beans was on fire for 6 months, just aint going to happen.

Truth, brings me to this -- I don't believe a 757 plowed into the Pentagon. To me the logical evidence just does not support it. The small hole in the building (compared to the size of a 757) and collateral damage speaks for it's self.
If the government wanted to test the building against a missile strike, I think the American people would have understood and agreed to such a test. We the people, are not as stupid as some may want to believe.

5 gallon steel buckets are used for tar, we use, when applying tar to plain end concrete pipe (I'm a plumber). Before plastic buckets were around, we put some kerosene (#1) or # 2 in the buckets, light them, burn out the tar we could not scrape out, then use the buckets. Winter time kerosene was used all the time.
Some of you do not recall, but before the barricades that are used today, there were these little round steel lanterns (less than a foot in diameter) that had a wick. Would fill them with kerosene and light em. Set them on the road, all over the construction area. In the morning, put the caps on (fire would go out). At the end of the day fill em up and light em. This was the method of barricades / warning lights for 50 years? Nothing ever melted and these were a lot thicker than a can of beans or bucket of tar.
I do not believe jet fuel (kerosene) melted any thing in the twin towers. Kerosene or jet fuel couldn't even melt a can of beans and I don't care if that can of beans was on fire for 6 months, just aint going to happen.

These are facts that will never change, just like the lies and corruption in my trial. Maybe cop do it because the county or state government can do it, the count or state does it because cause the federal government can do it.
Endless cycle. This mixture of things, gives us what we have today, and no one will let go.
Is this for the better good, a higher good, for the country? I don't think so.
Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of truthful, honest and good people, all over the place, color, religion, age, u name it. Lets keep it that way, there seems to be a offal lot of wrong doers also, we just need to help em and maybe understand better, to become better neighbors with each other.

Thats completely made up by a wako. First of all, the salary for the mayor was $6,ooo dollars a year and it just went up $15,000. Its a public service job. Look it up, its public record.

I got my information from a councilman. Maybe he don't know what he or the mayor is making. That is why I have a ?
I presented Mullins and others, with criminal activity that she and others (buddies?) seem to ignore, which by law makes her a accessory to the crime committed.
Maybe I am wack job, if i want law and order, remove double standard, want more truthful, honest and respectful out put from a civil servant.
I want harmony, but it is hard to accomplish all this dirt.
I never asked one of Mullins cops that was high on drugs to pull me over, to give perjured testimony, to provide the court with false documents.
Mullins did not seem interested in a investigation, she quashed one once before.
Would you like Mullins or others go free, committing crimes that if you or I committed, we would see jail?
