Thats completely made up by a wako. First of all, the salary for the mayor was $6,ooo dollars a year and it just went up $15,000. Its a public service job. Look it up, its public record.

I presented Mullins and others, with criminal activity that she and others (buddies?) seem to ignore, which by law makes her a accessory to the crime committed.
