Listen folks, I recall the few time, I watched village meetings, I saw Mullins and her village council, threaten to have citizens arrested.
The residents of Palatine were complaining that Mullins and her village council lied to them.
Mullins and her goon squad said this discussion is not on this evenings agenda, so we are not going to talk about. Sit down, be quiet or leave, or you will be arrested.
I was shocked.
From that point on as far as I am concerned, none of them are worth 2 cents, to be nicer, I along with many other were very disappointed.
Can you imagine that, Mullins and the village council, for starters should have been arrested for malfeasance. It is on video tape, I only saw it a few times, I'm sure this has happened for than a few times.
and they threatened to arrest the innocent voters.
Where is the transparency? Good government?

Mullins said she brings experience and professionalism to the job. She learned about ordinances and how village business is conducted during eight years as clerk and owned a small business for 12 years. And with no other job, she's got plenty of time.

on her $22k per year salary?
Update! $22k per year salary is if she attends board meetings, since she don't, her salary is $15k per year (as pointed out by "anonymous" Thank you for letting us know, that she does not attend meetings enough to qualify her for the $22k. Or does she? I heard she don't.
the city of Palatine has paid her $1.5 million dollars in benefits (based upon $75k x 20 years) or maybe it's $70 k per year,
we have to add what she got, when she sued the city or the city insurance company (to me same thing) but in a case like me, the insurance company would drop me or jerk up my rates, what did the insurance company due to Palatine?
we have to add her village credit cards
how about adding the $650k for selling her 80? year old house on a 1/2 size lot (with lien(s) on the title) (let's not forget the village passed a ordnance to pay those liens, if any one ever sued)
Thanks to the village council for this statue of guarantee, other wise, the Harris bank probably would not let Mullins sell the property to Hummel. As far as I am concerned all of em aided and abetted, grand theft (stole the service from those who did work on the property and didn't get paid), this Village council is wrapped up in 1 huge criminal conspiracy or a billion little ones.
We have to add the hidden money she gets from SALF (I think it is hidden, cant find any thing to Mullins on the SALF expense site, I think it is right there but in disguise of another expense).
I hope there is no tax problem here?

Thats completely made up by a wako. First of all, the salary for the mayor was $6,ooo dollars a year and it just went up $15,000. Its a public service job. Look it up, its public record.
You can also request that documentation under the freedom of information act. But honestly, the palatine dirt guy is a wack job.
I got my information from a councilman. Maybe he don't know what he or the mayor is making. That is why I have a ?
I presented Mullins and others, with criminal activity that she and others (buddies?) seem to ignore, which by law makes her a accessory to the crime committed.
Maybe I am wack job, if i want law and order, remove double standard, want more truthful, honest and respectful out put from a civil servant.
I want harmony, but it is hard to accomplish all this dirt.
I never asked one of Mullins cops that was high on drugs to pull me over, to give perjured testimony, to provide the court with false documents.
Mullins did not seem interested in a investigation, she quashed one once before.
Would you like Mullins or others go free, committing crimes that if you or I committed, we would see jail?
